The Bible for B.T's!
This book was recommended to me by a friend who's been teaching for a few years now. Luckily I took her word for it (she calls it her 'Bible' and still uses it)... I can honestly say this is the greatest suggestion I've ever been given!! The book has so much practical advice on everything from behaviour management to classroom displays and more. An excellent choice for ANY newbie in the class. Highly recommended.
